Qualified candidates should possess:
Experience rolling out successful companywide initiatives
History of developing training that will ensure others are successful
Ability to evaluate efficiency of training programs company wide
Desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Ability to travel 6 to 10 nights per month
