We are seeking a Licensed FL 2-20 Insurance Agent/Producer, who will be responsible for providing expert insurance services to clients, focusing on personal and commercial lines. Your role will involve assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending suitable coverage options, and building and maintaining client relationships. You'll utilize your in-depth knowledge of Florida insurance regulations and market trends to deliver tailored solutions that protect clients' assets and manage risks effectively. This position could be remote. Required to attend at least 1 meeting per month in office. Pay is based on experience with generous commission included
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Manage a portfolio of clients, including policy renewals, changes, and claims assistance.
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Attend monthly in-office meetings for team updates, strategy sessions, and professional development.
Required Skills
Valid FL 2-20 Insurance License is required.
Proven experience as an insurance producer in the property and casualty market
Understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a remote environment.
