Ensure operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks effectively.
Develop and uphold merchandising standards that enhance the shopping experience and add value to the customer journey.
Actively gather and provide feedback across all organizational levels to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting (background in athleisure-wear or interest in athletics/sports preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers, employees, and business partners effectively.

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
