We are looking to hire immediately a go-getter and energetic Business Development and Capture Manager professional with federal government sales, business development and capture experience to help us expand our clientele both organic and new growth. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Builds market position by locating, developing, negotiating teaming and closing business relationships.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange and facilitate business meetings with prospective clients and federal decision makers.
Discovers and explores business opportunities and build/maintain robust pipelines.
Work closely with the Brite Leadership on targeted opportunities and capture
Examines risks and potential for business opportunities.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
