Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our Data Cloud Business in the US geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue growth for our data cloud products and services. The Sales Head will have a deep understanding of the data industry, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for the Data Cloud Business in the US geography.

2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively sell our data cloud products and services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and advocating for our data solutions.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to optimize sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.

5. Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends, providing insights to the executive team for strategic decision-making.

6. Forecast and track key sales metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in data technologies, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales skills.

8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our data cloud solutions and building brand recognition.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the data industry.

3. Strong understanding of data integration, data management, and data analytics solutions, and their application in driving business outcomes.

4. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performance sales team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

6. Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.

7. Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.

8. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the data industry landscape, market trends, and competitive landscape.

9. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
