An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines. They will be supporting a large ground up build for a medical facility to start. This person will also be interacting with customers to give updates on timelines and budget.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Construction PM
3+ years supporting commercial projects
Ability to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspects
Experience managing large multi story projects
Ground up construction experience
Permanent Position
Compensation Range : $75,000-90,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
