The role
As a Vision Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will oversee the implementation of community outreach programs, manage inventory and pricing, and provide guidance to your team on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and ensure effective merchandise presentation, including accurate pricing, proper signage, and optimal inventory levels.
Provide leadership and guidance to associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues within company guidelines.
Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to be active members of the community.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, while maintaining confidentiality and implementing safety controls.
