We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead financial strategy and operational performance within a dynamic organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive budget initiatives, analyze financial results, and support strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial analysis strategies to enhance operational results, including budget management and competitive insights.
Play a critical role in the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs and providing informed perspectives on performance.
Collaborate with various teams to perform in-depth analysis and support initiatives related to reimbursement, performance metrics, and contract evaluations.
Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and drive successful outcomes.
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, identifying trends and assessing business risks for senior management.
Create presentations and provide strategic recommendations, including communications for board meetings and investor relations.
Conduct thorough analysis of internal data to support effective investor communications and materials.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their strategic partnership capabilities.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
Experience in investor relations or capital markets is a plus, but not mandatory.
Proven background in financial analysis, resource management, and business metric reporting, particularly within the Healthcare sector.
Adaptable self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships at all levels.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
