Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution while managing workflows through tools
Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and third-party partners
Manage order fulfillment and develop inventory systems, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
Provide regular project updates to leadership and maintain comprehensive documentation for key processes
Qualifications
1+ years of project management experience in a luxury goods, retail, or similar environment
Proficiency in project management software (i.e. Asana)
Experience working with external vendors and building relationships
