Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources for all projects.
  • Communicate consistently through Asana, ensuring all project details, client expectations, and feedback are captured in writing.
  • Set and communicate clear project expectations to internal teams throughout each project.
  • Keep all files organized, labeled, and sorted according to agency best practices.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring team members have the tools and information needed to complete tasks on time.
  • Ensure team members are clear on their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines, providing support when needed to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Monitor and adjust resource allocation as needed to meet project demands without overburdening the team.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards for quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
  • Gather and distribute feedback to the correct team members to ensure an efficient process.
  • Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Handle unexpected challenges or scope changes with flexibility and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, timelines, budgets, notes, and feedback.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify improvement areas.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the agency's project management practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Extensive experience as a project manager in a creative marketing environment
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Shows initiative and adds value beyond the scope of their role
  • Shows a thorough understanding of the current marketing and project management landscape
  • Shows a high amount of emotional intelligence and self awareness, committed to extending and receiving both positive and constructive feedback
  • Experience with the following: Asana (or other project management software), Slack, Google Workspace, Excel, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Generative AI
