Role Overview
We're seeking an effective, take-charge construction project manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality projects from bidding to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage general contracting and construction management services
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Meet deadlines for estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement, and all construction phases
Utilize technology skills to manage construction documents and processes
Serve as an engaged team member, applying creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications
5-10+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience
Excellent organizational, managerial, and collaboration skills
Strong communication and time management abilities
Proficiency in construction-related technology and document management
Capacity for future growth and leadership within the company
Verifiable experience working on projects $5mm and above
