The Sr. Marketing Systems Analyst will support the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation systems, driving enhancements, maintenance, and best practices to meet business objectives. As a subject matter expert, you will optimize platform usage, develop and execute marketing programs, and manage data integrity, lead workflows, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and train on CDP best practices.
Manage system enhancements and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Data Cloud, Pardot).
Lead project management efforts for system updates, integrations, and testing.
Analyze data for insights and problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Service) and manage project timelines.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and lead technology projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
4-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
3-4+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud CDP and Pardot administration (certifications preferred).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
HTML, CSS, APIs, and Javascript knowledge is a plus.
