Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business strategies and decision-making.
Assist in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Provide variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and drivers.
Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze financial data for special projects and initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly management reports.
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by ensuring accuracy of financial data and reports.
Identify process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
Work with senior management to analyze financial impacts of business decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
