Fulfillment Assistant Intern

Our company is looking for a reliable and proactive Fulfillment Assistant Intern to join our team for an hourly paid position. As a Fulfillment Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. We are seeking an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to details, and work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Printing online orders as needed.
  • Pick, label, and ship products for orders according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Take packages to UPS, USPS or alternative shipping services offices when necessary.
  • Receive inventory packages or item returns from designated Mailbox or P.O. Box location.
  • Stocking of inventory.
  • Completing order and shipping documentation accurately.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient product movement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate deficiencies to management.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance productivity.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in optimizing shipment process.
  • Assist in admin related duties when necessary.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or have recently graduated from college preferred. Graduated or currently being enrolled in either a Logistics & Supply Chain or Business Administration & Management bachelor degrees is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests
  • Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures

This is a paid hourly contract position that may require availability during standard business hours. Ideal for college students or recently graduated looking to make additional income.
