Time and Absence Products team - workday
-one person in AZ, one person in NC, and some in MN, so she is open to a candidate who can sit in any location
Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite, up to two remote, but can go into office more if they want to
-most of teams are working hybrid, so they will probably be hybrid from the start, and just come in on the same days the team.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Payroll/Time and Absence technologies, preferably with Workday
Strongly preferred Qualifications:
this candidate needs to be someone comfortable with communicating and asking questions
They also need people who can look at stories on the board, take them apart, and present them
Experience implementing and configuring Workday
Experience as a part of Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence
Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow functions.
Experience with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with with multiple integrations.
Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on-time.
