Job Description:

Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative for a 6+ month contract to hire position in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is Hybrid, onsite Tues-Thurs and remote on Monday and Fridays.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer's experience is positive and memorable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide timely customer service responses
  • Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor
  • Answering customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues
  • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
  • Maintaining a sound understanding and adherence to the quality policies
  • Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system
  • Be a knowledge expert with the products and provide product information
  • Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner
  • Open/close procedures for retail space
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION
  • High School degree or equivalent education required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
  • Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Rate- $18.00/hour
