About the Role:
We're looking for a product manager to expand our machine condition monitoring solutions for vibration analysis.
Responsibilities:
Feature design: provide architecture and UI direction to software engineers for building functions
Project management: prioritize and schedule tasks and bugs to be implemented
Customer training: onboard new customers to our products
Technical support: answer user inquiries and incorporate feedback into future roadmap
Sales support: help our sales team answer technical questions from prospective customers
Documentation: update product manuals and specifications
Qualifications:
CAT 3+ vibration analysis certification
Background in machine condition monitoring and vibration analysis
Coding familiarity
Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused environment
