We are seeking a vibrant, dynamic and an out of the box performer to join our Rocktree team as a; Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to be based in Stamford, CT, USA.
Your contributions to our joint success
Collecting and interpreting financial and operating information - both internally (company- / project-level) and externally (target companies, competitors, etc.)
Financial modeling
Presenting analysis and findings to team members
Drafting presentations and materials for key stakeholders, including board members, current / potential investors and senior leadership
Supporting priority growth initiatives, including M&A transactions and financing activities, from end-to-end
Work effectively across the organization to develop a thesis on the best solution for Rocktree and gain cross-functional buy in to motivate action

Team-oriented and excited about the opportunity to drive results and build relationships across an organization
Knowledge of corporate finance, valuation and financial accounting
Experience in company- and project-level valuation, including ability to identify peer / project comparables, market sizing, business case analysis, risk analysis, etc.
Communicate clearly and concisely - ability to summarize conclusions and complex topics for a diverse audience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, along with ability to take initiative and prioritize competing deadlines
1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or similar industries
A bachelor's degree (Business or Finance preferred but not required)
