Professional Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an internal detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, and compliance, and requires strong leadership skills to guide our finance team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget; conduct variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and address any findings.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
