Working closely with product teams, designers, and users, you'll dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, reframe them into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans. You will evolve our B2B experiences by considering multiple touchpoints and systems to create cohesive end-to-end experiences across surfaces, apps, teams, and technologies. You will simplify complex problems into practical design solutions grounded in user research and data, map customer journeys, visualize concepts, prioritize scalable information architecture, and build intuitive interactions. You will also drive collaboration with project partners, engage with users to understand their needs, and validate design solutions through usability testing. You will articulate design concepts using sketches, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and animations, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality. Finally, you will provide design-thought leadership and inspire teammates through collaborative sessions and workshops.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, building consumer and/or enterprise products.
Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Design, or a related field.
Experience with a range of design approaches and methodologies, from persona development to prototyping.
Experience using design thinking and service design tools to address complex business problems.
Proven track record of solving sophisticated design and technology problems using systems thinking.
Ability to drive collaboration across teams with multiple partners.
Experience designing for SaaS products and enterprise UX.
Ability to deliver excellent user experiences that meet both product requirements and business objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions to different stakeholders.
Strong prototyping skills with a balance of fidelity and speed to convey concepts effectively.
Creative and analytical skills for facilitating research, synthesizing insights, and inspiring design opportunities.
Strong sense of aesthetics and a desire for a top-quality finished product.
Ability to give and receive constructive critique.
Experience working in agile and lean design environments.
Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities.
