Job Description:
We are looking for a handy Chief Engineer for the Embassy Suites Chattanooga at Hamilton Place.
In this role you will be in charge of:
- Maintain hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, prompt repairs, parking lot cleanliness, landscaping, beach access etc.)
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance Program
- Ensure completion of work orders with an appropriate sense of urgency and quality
- Manage third party contractors
- Maintain HVAC system
- Diagnose and fix machine equipment issue
- Manage a team of Maintenance Engineers
