DWG Capital Group and DWG Capital Partners, CU Media Group and its president, Judd Dunning (Former NGKF/ARA Capital Markets Managing Director) is now seeking a new Full Time CRE/Business and Media Executive Assistant. In Office.

(Using the 80/20 rule our new DWG assistant frees up the highest and best talents of the lead executive for higher levels deal creation, closing, funding and equity raising and his media presence.

Thinking ahead as the principal will proactively assist, manage and market by using the 80/20 role freeing up the executive's core focus for revenue producing and covering (Doing, Delegating, Delaying or Dismissing) all non-revenue producing activities.

Potential for growth to become a license agent at company

Core Skills: Strong typing, ppt, excel, management, skills preferred ~ agent license optional. We seek an amazing, dynamic, positive, hardworking person who thinks far ahead of the owner/broker/deal sponsor's actions and needs. Offers, listings, packages, client logging, appointments shall all be managed in proxy. At DWG CAPITAL GROUP: we sell and buy all classes of (industrial, apartments, office, retail, development, hotel, land ) of CRE assets, place equity and debt and syndicate our own CRE and operational business deals.

Taking dictation, a huge plus, Excel a must, Canva and InDesign basics to populate offering packages a must, and great writing skills a must, very organized and willingness to learn is essential. Basic InDesign, excel and PPT and CRM is needed for long term success.

From large institutional deals in Office, Retail, Apartment, Development, Industrial, Sales Leasebacks, Debt and Equity - both sales and syndications we do it all.

Responsibilities:

1. Management: Calls/Emails & All Schedule Management

2. Set up Conference calls and Zoom Calls \ Scheduling Appointments with Clients

3. Sale and Purchase Escrow Coordination: Contract and Escrow/Legal Coordination and sale process management.

4. Lead Generation/Follow up/Conversions/Lead Tracking/Tracking to meeting happen when busy.

5. Posting: Costar, LoopNet, Private Equity Info, RCM, Title, Reonomy and Flyer Systems running marketing systems and campaigns.

6. Colleterial Creation: Create OM's, BOVs, Investment Decks, Flyers,

7. Marketing: Creation of (plug and play) InDesign Flyers, Advertising, Ad Creation

8. Web Presence: Website Tweaking, Content Writing & Posting

9. Social Media: Manage and update Social Media Accounts and owners own in-media work.

10. Tracking: On Time Reports for All Completed Tasks and campaigns. Creating new management systems.

11. Basic Underwriting: Sale Leasebacks, Investments and Business Opportunities

12. Using Canva ( very well0 and Basic InDesign for supporting creating decks and flyers

13. Payments and Tracking: Company Books and Bill Payments

14. Media Work: ( *the principal has an avocation that has some nice variation and creativity to the workplace) Intermittent producing 3 media shows (inclusive of a KABC radio show) and executing upcoming book advertising/booking interviews. Thus, around 6 hours a week will also be required to manage a weekly company podcast and ongoing published book promotion, the owner of the CRE company does hop on the news and radio often during the week. Guest Bookings, Radio on Video Script Clean Up, Judd's radio booking, Judd TV bookings, Social media, posted InDesign goes on 4 FB, 2 Twitter, 2 Instagram, (Never Linked, website updates.

15. Booking: Travel purchasing and planning.

16. Other: Any/Other Errands That Keep the Executive on High Production if best delegated.

Experience: Seeking talent looking for a longer-term position ideal 3-7+ years.

Desired location: Based in West LA, the Assistant may work from WLA office or when the executive is in Fort Worth Area Texas, or vice versa a few months a year. Negotiable. Prefer the person is in office in California at least four days a week ideally.

Position is subcontractor employment with workmen's compensation coverage, but not healthcare benefits. Time will tell as the company expands and we grow together.
