As the CFO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Drive the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial reporting standards.
Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow effectively to support ongoing operations and capital projects.
Implement measures to optimize working capital and reduce financial risks.
Capital Structure and Financing:
Evaluate and recommend financing options to support growth initiatives.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and oversee debt covenants.
Cost Control and Efficiency:
Collaborate with operational teams to analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvement.
Implement and monitor cost management initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a holistic approach to company-wide success.
