Job Description:
This role is hybrid 2 X per week in San Carols, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple phases of clinical operations in oncology and will be excited about the opportunity to make a huge impact.
Responsibilities: • Leading all strategic planning and activities in Clinical Operations • Building out the Clinical Operations group • Ensuring that the clinical stage programs are on track to reach objectives and milestones while delivering within timelines, budgets & quality standards • Developing, maintaining, and reporting on program budgets in support of the company's financial goals
Skills: • BS/MS degree in a scientific field • 10+ years of experience managing clinical trials/operations • Strong experience in Clinical Operations leadership • Experience in oncology required
