Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers to source electronics & Electro-Mechanical components;
- Monitor suppliers' capabilities and performance to make sure in alignment with Company requirements;
- Conduct RFQ and benchmarking, and perform effective cost-saving analysis;
- Work closely with Material Planning and Project team in Hong Kong and China to meet customers' requests;
- Maintain inventory levels for purchased parts to facilitate product lifecycle;
- Prepare administration document s required in daily operation of purchasing process;
- Prepare periodical reports for management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline;
- Minimum 10 years solid purchasing/sourcing experience in US with at least 5 years in supervisory role;
- Experience in sizeable EMS or multinational manufacturing companies are highly preferred;
- Knowledgeable in component and product with proven record in handling electronics projects;
- Effective negotiation and communication skills when liaise with external parties;
- Good command in written and spoken English.
