Role / Responsibilities:
Lead a large commercial project valued at $170M, running until Q4 2026.
Manage scheduling, run subcontractor meetings, handle 3 week look-aheads.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate subcontractors.
Report directly to the VP who has been with the company over 30 years, leveraging their experience and tenure for project success.
Requirements:
Experience with correctional facilities jail, or prison projects is preferred.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects valued at $100M and above.
Strong skills in scheduling and managing subcontractors.
Excellent people management abilities.
