Role Description
This is a full-time Lead Therapist role based in Warwick, RI. As a Lead Therapist at Momentum, you will be responsible for providing psychological, educational, and behavioral services to individuals with disabilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing guidance and support to clients and their families.
Qualifications
Experience in providing psychological, educational, and behavioral services
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Licensed or certified in relevant therapy or counseling field
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
