LHH is partnering with a local manufacturing company in the Oklahoma City, OK to fill a Manufacturing Controller position! This position will manage a small team and work directly with top leadership on areas pertaining to financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising general ledger and accounts payable functions.
Report consolidated financial information.
Produce FP&A schedules and analyzes budget to actuals.
Oversee internal control compliance and develop necessary policies.
Assist with process improvements.
Develop and mentor staff.
Requirements include:
Bachelors in Accounting or related
Supervisory experience
Manufacturing industry experience required
Minimum 8 years related accounting experience from mid-size to large corporate environment
Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency and financial modeling experience
