The role entails a 12-hour day shift with a rotational schedule, lasting for a duration of 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality infant care to ensure the well-being of the newborn.
Collaborate effectively with the family to address the baby's specific needs.
Foster a nurturing and comforting atmosphere, promoting the infant's development.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a baby nurse or infant specialist.
Background as a Registered Nurse, accompanied by a relevant degree.
Proven experience in a private home setting.
Ability to exhibit a warm, affectionate, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility in scheduling and availability to meet the family's needs.
Qualifications
Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
At least three outstanding professional references.
Three character references.
Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
