About The Company
Our client is an independent accounting firm with multiple locations across the country providing audit, tax, risk, and forensic advisory services for entrepreneurial, public, non-profit, and individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, private equity funds
• Gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
• Manage engagement budgets effectively
• Resolve minor issues directly with the IRS and other tax authorities
• Review of returns prepared by lower-level staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Master in tax required
• 3-5 years of tax experience at a public accounting firm
• CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of all tax provisions
• Strong tax preparation and review skills
