Position Overview We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax compliance, planning, and strategy, ensuring that our clients are in full compliance with all applicable tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tax planning strategies for the company
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Manage and oversee the preparation and review of tax returns
Provide tax advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure all financial reporting and accounting is accurate and complete
Identify and mitigate tax risks and opportunities
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
CPA certification
In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Experience with tax planning and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
