Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling/Education, or related field
Independently clinically licensed in Washington DC
Familiarity with EAP & providing short-term solution focused counseling
Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate

????? Responsibilities
Provide assessments and short-term counseling services
Provide occasional seminars & workshops
Meet sessional, containment, and other targets as defined by the Clinical Manager
Comfortable navigating internal operating systems, retrieving organizational information, and communicating with clients.
Remain informed on relevant regulatory and legislative developments
????????Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent communication, problem solving, collaboration, cultural competency, time management and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and proficient
Strict adherence to the ethical principles governing confidentiality/privacy legislation
Short-term solution focused or EAP counseling experience
