Responsibilities KBW has partnered with a Global Technology company on a search for a Sr Manager of Technical Accounting. The position affords significant professional growth and will have high visibility within the organization. Candidates coming straight out of Public Accounting are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include:
Act as Subject Matter Expert on US GAAP - technical accounting policies
Review of Financial Statements for compliance with US GAAP
Educate team on Technical Accounting issues
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Work on M&A - purchase accounting and other related matters
Securitized debt reporting
Work with stakeholders to research complex transactions and provide guidance
Required
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/finance
CPA and Public Accounting Experience
8 plus years of related experience including management experience
Experience with Larger ERP Systems
Project Management experience highly preferred
Excellent compensation package including base, bonus and equity
