Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Resurface Foreman to oversee and manage our concrete resurfacing projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of our resurfacing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers in the resurfacing of concrete surfaces
Manage the scheduling, budget, and resources of each project
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Monitor and maintain the quality of workmanship and materials used
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project
Complete all necessary documentation and reports
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and concrete work
Strong understanding of concrete resurfacing techniques and materials
Experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role is an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
