We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager's (owner's rep) to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing and managing the construction process on-site, including supervising sub-contractors, suppliers and junior staff
Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
Ensuring quality control on all aspects of the project
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Communicating regularly with project manager, owner, and other stakeholders
Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site challenges as they arise
Ensuring that all work complies with local building codes and regulations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily reports
What You Need for this Position
Healthcare
Design
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and industry standards
Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
A keen eye for detail and quality control
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges
Strong organizational and time management skills
A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
