Assurance Senior Position Overview Our client is in need of an Assurance Senior to join the team in Torrance CA. As an Assurance Senior, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting the field work on audit assignments and for planning, directing and completing the audit assignment. You will be responsible for in-the-field training of Assurance Staff, assigning tasks, setting time budgets, and overseeing Assurance Staff.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements and reports for various clients.
Identify and communicate audit findings to engagement team and clients.
Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, FASB standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
3+ years of experience in Public Accounting, with a focus on assurance services.
Strong knowledge of FASB regulations, GAAP, and GAAS standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in person in the Torrance office.
CPA preferred.
