Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm; and Fridays remote after 3 months

Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in HR and Benefits work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking
Knowledge and previous Human Resource experience, specifically as it relates to Onboarding, Staffing, Recruiting, and Pre-Employment
Experience with HR standard software, such as MS Office, Outlook, ADP, SharePoint, ADP
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and complete tasks on time
The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
The Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator will support the human resources department by guiding new hires through the onboarding process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, initiating drug and background checks for all new hires. Process and track all new hire paperwork. Process terminations and reconcile employee files. Assist in Benefits Administration
Point of contact for Employees regarding benefits
Updating, monitoring, and reporting on benefits information to Team
Assists in reviewing I-9 documents, completing I-9 verifications for all new hires, and upload necessary documents
Collaborate with the sales and recruiting team to understand client requirements and expectations
Facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records and Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database
Attend weekly recruiter meetings and provide updates on new hires that are onboarding
Respond to external and internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Performs routine filing, scanning of records to ensure record retention compliance regarding status changes
Enter, process, and update employee data accurately in SharePoint, HR drive and employee folder, including new hires, terminations, employee status changes, etc.
Complete other general HR assistance for the division
