What You Will Be Doing
Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications
Prepare cost estimates and determine project constructability
Research material pricing and comply with codes and permits per NFPA 13
Develop positive and ongoing relationships with Customers to ensure satisfaction
What You Need for this Position
3 or more years of project management required
Experience in Fire protection/Fire Sprinklers highly preferred
Strong Mechanical Construction experience
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, sprinkler system design drawings, and applicable NFPA codes and standards.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Fire sprinkler project management skills/experience preferred.
Highly proficient in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.
