Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team. If you have experience with excavating, underground, grading, utilities, highway, structural concrete and paving then this role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning and design of underground infrastructure projects.
Oversee the construction and excavation of tunnels, pipelines, and other underground structures.
Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are being met.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications.
Manage project budget and schedule, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Supervise all project personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in heavy civil construction.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing projects in underground construction is a plus.
Experience with highway, airport, excavation, and paving projects is a plus.
