Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects, managing a team of workers and ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including creating work schedules and delegating tasks to team members
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly to ensure projects are meeting expectations
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are designed and executed properly
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job site
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for projects
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Multi Family Construction
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of construction industry and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
