Job Duties
Oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for the company
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company
Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statements
Collaborate with other departments to identify potential tax savings opportunities
Conduct tax research and provide recommendations for tax planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification required
3 to 5+ years of Tax experience
2+ years of Management experience

Competitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 (DOE)
