Senior Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be an integral part of client facing communication and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement large-scale projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against those plans.
Manage cost coding and ordering materials.
Manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams including Superintendents, Project Managers, Contractors, GC's, & Vendors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project needs.
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Experience managing cross-functional project teams, including both technical and non-technical resources.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience with Multi-Level structures is a MUST!
