What You Will Be Doing
Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Prepare detailed proposals for projects including cost estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements.
Analyze and interpret construction documents to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Maintain knowledge of current construction industry trends and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Estimating.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Proficient in estimating software (such as HCSS HeavyBid) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
