What You'll Be Doing
Lead estimating team
Producing accurate estimates for construction projects
Researching and analyzing construction plans, materials & other related factors
Work with project teams, analyzing/interpreting data & ensuring the accuracy of all estimates
What You Need
5+ years Estimating experience
Experience leading estimating team
Experience with multifamily, student housing, high-rises, etc.
Proficiency with OST & QuickBid
