PFAS and Investigation/Remediation Principal Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced PFAS and Investigation/Remediation Principal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of site solutions and will utilize their technical expertise to manage consulting assignments for a variety of clients. They will have a global reputation for providing exceptional services in multi-disciplinary teams and will be responsible for risk-based decision-making in a hybrid model that offers remote work and in-person opportunities. The PFAS and Investigation/Remediation Principal will be responsible for developing and implementing PFAS management solutions and will work in the environmental, chemical, and legal sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and leadership in the area of PFAS and Investigation/Remediation.
Manage consulting assignments for a wide range of clients in various specialty areas.
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographical borders.
Provide risk-based decision-making for clients on various projects.
Develop and implement PFAS management solutions.
Provide analysis and communication on technical issues related to PFAS and Investigation/Remediation.
Mentor and develop staff.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenues.
Manage staff and client relations.
Provide thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and client alerts.
Participate in scientific, professional, and trade group meetings.
Collaborate with other disciplines and business units within the company to provide integrated solutions.
Maintain awareness of regulatory environment and research new technologies.
Provide technical and scientific support to legal sectors.
Qualifications
An academic degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Chemistry.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting sector.
Experience in PFAS and Investigation/Remediation.
Experience in Business Development.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience in managing consulting assignments and multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in Risk Assessment, Forensics, and Analysis.
Proven ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent management skills and leadership talent.
Confident communicator and collaborative attitude.
Experience in developing staff and mentoring.
Experience in providing technical leadership and business leadership.

Experience in the legal sector is preferred.
Experience in human health sciences, environmental sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, or government is preferred.
