What You Will Be Doing
Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
Prepare detailed proposals for projects including cost estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements
Participate in staff meetings
Analyze and interpret construction documents to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
Maintain knowledge of current construction industry trends and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
What You Need For This Position
4+ years of Heavy Civil Construction Estimating Experience
Proficient in estimating software
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
