What You Will Be Doing
Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, daily reports, and submittals
Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors.
Support with electrical project establishment and closeout.
Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation, and safety enhancements to our production lines.
Ensure decisions related to electrical engineering principles apply to operation problems and requirements proposed.
Develop and review of electrical project calculations.
Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements.
Participate in project electrical work plan development.
Guide project schedule.
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of relevant electrical PM experience
Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, ConstructJob, MS Project, or other related Construction Management software
Experience estimating relevant projects in the size of $50k - $10mm+
Nice to have
Experience utilizing sophisticated test equipment like DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, or similar
