Requirements: 3+ Years Construction Accounting with Construction Accounting Software Experience (Sage, Timberline, Quickbooks, etc)

What You Will Be Doing
Handle (generate and process) All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Invoices
Generate job cost reports and regularly communicate performance to interested parties, including the project manager
Credit card reconciliation and reporting
Function as the primary contact for expense report corrections and submission
Verify construction project data entry into accounting system
Work directly with the Construction Project Manager on billing from job sites
What You Need For This Position
3+ Years Construction Accounting Experience at a General Contractor
Construction Accounting Software Experience a MUST (such as Procore, Textura, Build, Sage, Timberline, GC Pay, Quickbooks, etc.)
Great Track Record of Strong Tenure *at least a few years per previous company*
Bachelors Degree Required, preferably in Accounting
GC Experience as a Construction Accountant a Must
