Position Overview: We are looking for a Tax Supervisor or Manager to join our Tax Team in providing exceptional client service. As a Tax Supervisor or Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and completing tax engagements for clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990)
Assist with tax research, planning, and strategies to provide clients with tax savings solutions
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients to provide exceptional service
Execute technical review of tax returns prepared by staff members
Manage workflow and supervise staff members
Represent clients before taxing authorities
Prepare and review tax provision calculations
Ensure compliance with changes in tax regulations
Assist with managing client relationships and business development activities
Qualifications
CPA designation OR EA
5+ years of tax experience
Knowledge of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate taxes
Understanding of GAAP accounting
Strong technical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
