Job Title: Estimator
Job Location: Torrance, CA (WFH 1x a week)
Salary: $85K-$105K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 1-3 years of Estimating experience

These projects have included institutional, commercial, and industrial projects as well as reconstruction and specialty developments. What You Will Be Doing
Assist the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization.
Help prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as
required.
Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the
customer/owner.
Collaborate with Precon team to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and timelines.
What You Need For This Position
1-3 years of construction experience
Commercial, industrial experience
Office/TI, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehouse/Distribution, etc.
